NAGGDay27 - Pointillism

I had plans for this, colors picked, design all laid out.  Then the zombie flu hit and I decided just to use what I already had on my tips instead of starting from scratch.  Helped that what I had on was a stunning holo from Pahlish!

Simple dotticure, but I like it!  Let's see what it consisted of.

Artificial Light
With Flash

When it comes to color, I have a bit of a split personality.  I have a weakness for corals and pinks, but then I have a love affair with dark grungy greens.  Girly and punk all in the same breath.  I have been looking for the perfect dark green holo and have picked up a few in the search.  When I saw Pahlish Olea Europaea, I knew my search for an army green holo was over!  The name on this one though!  Some of these indie polish names make no sense until I Google them.  Olea Europaea is the Latin name for olive tree.  Ooooh, I get it!  Now it is a genius name (as well as a genus name *tee hee*)  This was one of those that coworkers oohed and ahhed over.  Well deserved, dontcha think?  Holo?  Here comes the gif!

Yep, glorious grungy green!  *drool*.  I don't know if this is discontinued (I don't see it in their store right now), but you can find other gorgeousness at their store HERE.

I dotted over this beauty with the following:
  • Mentality Hope (dark gold)
  • Maybelline Bold Gold (um....gold)
  • Finger Paints Black Expressionism

And here it is with a flash.  Oh how I love the green/blue holo shining out from between the dots!

I ended up really crushing on this color combo and glad that my original plans fell through!  Thanks for stopping by!

    2. Only if both your eyes fall out during a sneeze! I think holo love is the permanent kind. I'm wearing 7 different holos as a comparison right now. LOL
