A Fall Gradient

A little late, but I liked this too much to skip.  Monday's prompt was "Three color gradient + pattern".  You know that it was going to be a stamping mani, right?

Not quite sure if I love this or not, but I do like it.

I started with two coats of OPI Tickle My France-y.  I just recently picked this up and have to say that I love this dusty, purple leaning pink.

Next I sponged with Sally Hansen Gorgeous Grape (a favorite purple creme) and Orly Galaxy Girl (a favorite purple, period).  I wanted to show you what I have been using recently to protect my cuticles for stamping, sponging and watercolors.  This is a masking fluid that I purchased at Micheals in the fine arts section.  It works like the glue method, but dries so much faster and is easier to remove.  It is gentler on my cold weather dried cuticles than tape, but not as gentle as the Vaseline, however it is much easier on cleanup.

Here is a look at what it looked like before cleanup.

Next I stamped with DRK-C and a green Konad special stamping polish that I think is Moss Green.

What do you think?  Thanks for looking and check out the rest of the gradients.
